Mikenopa Leadership Updates

We are pleased to share several important organizational developments recently approved by shareholders of the joint-stock company Mikenopa. These changes reflect our ongoing commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and delivering even greater value to our partners and clients.

Executive Leadership Appointment

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Daniel Růžička to Mikenopa’s Executive Board as Chief Strategy Officer. Daniel brings a wealth of experience and vision to this role, and we look forward to his leadership as we continue shaping the strategic direction of the company. Technology Division Restructuring

To further strengthen our capabilities and service delivery, we are restructuring our Technology Division through the introduction of three newly established Vice President roles. These changes are designed to enhance quality, drive innovation, and optimize processes across the organization:

Gisbert Haas – Vice President of Technology

Responsible for product strategy, technology innovation, knowledge management, automation and security.

Marco Šimonek – Vice President of IT

Responsible for internal systems, IT operations, and comprehensive technology support and quality across all business operations.

Matěj Rippl – Vice President of Projects

Responsible for overseeing project management and execution, installation standards and processes, reporting, and overall projects leadership.

These strategic appointments mark another important step in our journey toward scalable growth and operational excellence. More importantly, they reinforce our ability to serve our customers with greater precision, reliability, and forward-thinking solutions.
